My mom died and I have a big regret

She started suffering from dementia and was a severe alcoholic. She died alone, after she fell in her hallway and was there a few days.

My biggest regret is not thinking of getting her one of those necklaces where she would have been able to call 911, or one that would have done it automatically upon noticing a fall.
