UPDATE! 6/24 Making some progress

I started my journey on March 1st. The picture on the left is April 19, the picture on the right is may 28th. I’ve lost 20 pounds since March 1st. It’s been hard but I’m learning/trying new things.
UPDATE:6/24
I have lost 30 pounds since beginning in March. I have pcos and I tried to conceive for over a year. I had gone 6 months without a period. So in March my dr put me on birth control and I decided I needed to make a change. I have been going to the gym and just started Keto On June 2nd. I started at 260 and my goal is 180. When I get to 180 I will get off birth control and try for a baby again. Current weight is 229.
