Could this be implantation?

Woke up this morning cramping and felt like my period but went and saw this. The wet spot is cm, when I wiped there was nothing, and just now I went to see if it was AF and nothing at all not even what I saw this morning. I suppose to had ovulated the 21st could this be implantation. I had sex the day before ovulation.
