3 Periods this Month???

I'm exclusively breast-feeding my 11 week old (rarely even pumping, just nursing usually) and on the mini-pill. I just started my THIRD period this month! Is this normal or should I call my OB this week? I got the first period 6 weeks pp and am having them every 1-2 weeks since. It's making me crazy!
