Help me understand

Doctors says I’m 14w3days. My last period was February 25th to March 1st. Thats 13 weeks and 3 days ago. How is it possible for me to pregnant before my period ? Does all this make sense ? It doesn’t many any sense to me. Then conception date giving to me was around the beginning of March. Which still don’t make sense to make if that was true I would be 12 weeks and 5 days or around that time. Which I’m looking at it from my period as it should be. Please help me understand.
