Hey everyone I need help. I don't know how to really explain this but I'll try my best lol. So we canceled my daughter's 1st birthday party 😞 bc I've been super sick and I was the only 1 getting everything ready. ok so now I'm feeling better.. This weekend is free fishing & I'm trying to figure out, if we were to go to a lake park and have like a picnic, would we need a permit or get fined for not having 1? We are thinking of bbqing at home, bringing food, cake, ice cream, and of course open presents. maybe bring a big blanket to sit on & if there's a picnic table nearby use that as well. does that make sense? I'm not sure how many ppl would show up (not much tho) so would it be considered a birthday party still n would we get fined for not having a permit? I've been looking online and can't find anything. isn't it like a family just bbqing or having a picnic at a park?!
