Can’t Sleep... I’m Desperate!!
I know it’s still pretty early but I’m having trouble sleeping and staying asleep! 😩 I’ll toss and turn for a couple of hours and finally fall asleep and then wake up and be uncomfortable and try to get comfy again. It’s a continuous cycle 😩
I’m desperate at this point, I get up early as it is and already hate my job most days so my mood reflects that. Any suggestions would be great!
