Period help!!!

Hello ladies, so I missed two cycles no period in April or March , no I am not pregnant I had confirmed tests that I am not, however I just got my period last Tuesday and it’s been more than seven days that I am still having a pretty consistent heavy flow just last night this happened and i was cramping a bit before I had to use the restroom. Has anyone else experienced or know what this is?? FYI I had spotting two weeks on and off before my period.
