Last night I went to the ER due to very sharp abdominal pains for the last 4 days. They drew blood, had me take a urine pregnancy test and performed an ultrasound. My HCG level was 1,567, pregnancy test positive and the ultrasound showed an inverted uterus with a cyst and no gestational sac. The doc said it was probably too early to see anything and to have labs in 48hrs and ultrasound again in two weeks. My concern is if my pregnancy is ectopic or is my tilted uterus blocking my gestational sac? Has anyone else experienced this?
