Is anyone else having a hard time with drinking water? I want to and I do but then it just doesn’t taste right or I throw it up early in the morning 🤢😩 so frustrating because I know I need it!

I’ve been having a hard time with our alkaline water we have delivered bc it tastes plastic-y. I can only tolerate tap water right now. 😬

Yes it’s bad. Do the best you can. Eat some melons too. Crystal light kind of helps me. Or I mix water and Powerade.

Yes, I spoke with my midwife and she recommended adding lemon or citrus. Still struggling but the lemon helped me!
