Fiance is retreating?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant with our first, and I'm starting to get worried about my fiancé. He seems to be withdrawing. He doesn't talk about baby anymore, he's completely uninterested in helping me set up the nursery. I know that it's normal for people to panic, especially this close to the due date. But I feel like he's not even motivated to get married anymore. I'm left to plan baby showers and our marriage (not even having a wedding until after baby, I just want it official beforehand for legal reasons). I'm scared that he feels trapped and is going to end up hating his life. When baby comes we'll be living apart for a while, he has to stay in town so he can work (we have no car and live with his parents) while I'll be staying 20 minutes away with my mother (his parents house is NOT suitable for a newborn). I know he's stressed because his job is shit and I've been hormonal. I'm really worried he's drifting away from me. I know I need to talk to him about this, and I will when he gets home. Just thought I'd see if anyone maybe had advice or experiences they could share. Thank you.
