23 weeks with stomach flu

I'm not sure what I can do or take for some of my symptoms but if anyone has any natural pregnancy safe remedies I'd love to hear them. I really dont want to take medicine if I dont have to but might need to for at least the fever. My other 2 kids are sick as well so make this doubly hard.
