I was pregnant and I miscarried on week three!

I have never had a miscarriage before.

I have had two children naturally

My husband had cancer and is unable to produce

So we decided to go through fertility and get pregnant. Well first try it took and I miscarried now I am being started on clomid Saturday CD 3

Now I do not have infertility or anything like that I am 22 years old I have normal regular periods an I ovulate every month.

Can I get some advice on clomid.. my nurse was telling me risk of more then one child. I don’t want more then one child but I’m happy either way. But she was explaining it makes more eggs and it can cause more then one child. And it helps me ovulate l? I just don’t know what to expect with taking this...!
