ANY PRE-EXISTING TYPE 2 DIABETICS

My last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage sadly my sugar was out of control 200-600 never could get it to get right I am pregnant again and my sugar levels have been 41-199 I am wondering if anyone has had a successful pregnancy and if there is hope for this baby
