Contractions?

Sorry if this sounds stupid but I’m a FTM and currently 3 almost 4 days overdue and tonight I’m not sure if I’m starting to feel slight contractions or not. I’ve had a bit of light back pain today and some lightning crotch tonight and now I’m starting to feel period like cramps coming and going. I’ve been feeling that for a couple of weeks but it’s been a consistent dull ache. These cramps aren’t hurting but just now how they are starting and stopping I’m just not sure if it’s early labour or not. I haven’t lost my plug yet (that I’ve seen anyway) and along with this cramping bub is moving a lot and stretching out so it’s hard to tell if my stomach is tightening like with a contraction as all I can feel is bub. Just wondering any other ladies have this same feeling before labour or if these are contractions starting? Thanks 😊
