Anyone else doing summer swim conditioning for upcoming swim season? I need conditioning plans to follow!
Right now I do
200 free warm up, 200IM; 50,100,150 pyramid, 5 25 sprints, 100 skulls, 100 legs on fire, 100 cool down. As the summer goes on I want to add more yardage.
