(If you did) Do you think it made your first time more enjoyable/ special?
(Asking because I kind of want to wait till marriage but i’m not sure)

Just wait until your ready! Don't plan on saving it til marriage or not saving it til marriage. Just do it when the time feels right for you.

I did not wait. I grew up planning on waiting (I was religious growing up) and changed my mind at 19 in my second serious relationship. I don’t regret it. But I will say that sex with my husband feels special, even if he wasn’t my first. It felt special when we were dating and it still feels that way now. What makes marital sex special isn’t necessarily that you waited, it’s that you love the person you’re having sex with.
I’m totally not saying you shouldn’t wait; if that’s what you want, what feels right to you, you absolutely should. There’s nothing wrong with waiting! but that was my experience and my take on things. :)

I didn't wait and really can't imagine waiting 🤷 I didn't know if I would like sex, but I love it and I can't imagine marrying someone and not knowing if I'm sexually compatible with him.

Growing up I wanted to wait..however, I had different realizations as I got older. 
-what If I didn't have sexual chemistry with my husband?
-what if he cheated on me and I gave up something special for him? 
-someone close to me was raped and never got the chance to choose who she wanted to give her virginity to. 
So in the end..I took my own virginity. I don't care what people think down the line. Whoever I decide later have sex with for the first time will be my choice. No guy will ever say "I was your first." In a mocking tone after a bad break up. 
My virginity was taken by someone who loves me for me. Myself. 
It's your choice hun.
