Advice?

I'm wanting to come out to my family as transgender FTM, I'm scared and nervous.
Any ideas on what I should do or how I should do it?

Answer

I guess the best advice I can give you is to do it in a way that feels safe/natural for you. Everyone is different and there's definitely not a right way. 
My wife came out as trans* after telling her family that she liked to wear dresses and skirts. To do that she just showed up at her dad's house dressed up and confident. XD I realize that wouldn't work for everyone. Telling them her decision to transition came later, and involved an awkward and long car ride - mostly because her dad has been slow to come around.

Answer

One, describe dysphoria first, save the label for the end. Two, just one at a time. Three, do not be uncertain. You aren't asking for permission. Don't come off like you are asking for a favor, slam it down like you would explain that you were allergic to their favorite thing to cook for you and for your health you need them to stop.
