asking for advice! help please!!

so I had pregnancy symptoms for 4 weeks after period I was then 4 days late for my period. the day before I started bleeding I had a stabbing pain right at the bottom of my belly. I started bleeding the next day it wasnt a lot but it was like a clot at the bottom of the toilet when I wiped there were a few stringy bits. the next day I stil had clots at the bottom of the toilet and really dark black blood when I wiped on the tisse. after these two days the bleeding basically stoped and was literally just spotting every few hours?? can some one please tell me what's going on? I didn't have any cramping or normal menstrual type symptoms?? asking for advice.. please help???
