What’s everyone’s favourite work outs?? I’m heading back to the gym now all my exams are over and going to try and lose the weight I put on with all my stress eating😂 can’t wait to throw myself back in I’ve been missing it, anyone got any tips for getting the best results?
I’m going to be trying to target my waist and my thighs, I wanna slim them both down and build muscle at the same time so I’m strong rather than just slim
