Active Labor ??

Question

-so I've been having contractions since 2:40 pm today and they are 7 minutes apart and they last 1 minute to 2 minutes. They don't stop when I drink water or lay down.  Am I in labor ? If so when should I go in ? My water has not broke yet .

I was told if contractions are 5 minutes apart, they last for 1 minute, and it’s been going on for an hour that’s when to go to the hospital.

they have to be 1 min apart for the hospital to take you in. I'd just rest until they bcecome closer then go to the hospital even 2 mins apart is fine but some doctors really don't like waiting. that's why I went with a midwife they seem more understanding.

If this is your first baby I’d say wait it out a little longer unless you can’t breathe through them. If it’s your second third etc is head on in 😊
