Old blood or implantation??

I am eight days past ovulation and seven days until my next period. For two days now, I have had light and dark brown discharge whenever I wipe. Sometimes there is red/light pink but mostly brown. yesterday it was lighter, today it looks like this.

I have never had any spotting between ovulation and period, especially eight days before period is due. My periods are very regular.

I am so confused about what is implantation bleeding and what isn't so I just wanted to get some input. Sorry for the TMI picture but I'm hoping it helps with some input. I will probably test tomorrow- I just think it might be too early. Thank you in advance!!
