MC? Or still a chance?

I got my BFP on April 27th, i believe but am not sure i ovulated on april 16th. I had my 1st US appt may 17th, i should have been 6 wks 2 days according to lmp. I measured 5 wks 5 days only saw yolk sac but said everything looked good and they were hopeful asked me to come back in a week. 2nd US was may 24th saw yolk sac which grew and an itty bitty fetal pole, they said i didnt even measure weeks wise but they thought the heart might start any day asked me back in a week. 3rd US may 31st baby grew a decent amount but still no heartbeat. She said i was most likely having a mc i measured 6 wks exactly. Did hcg bloodwork and she said i was only at 8,000 something instead of over 10,000 where i should be and i shes 99% sure its a miscarriage and i need to just wait for bleeding to start. This is my second MC but the first one i was bleeding already. I need insight. Has anyone had this happen? How long did it take bleeding to start? I wanna believe theres hope for our little bean but i know thats just a fantasy. I wanna start trying again right away but obviously i cant until i pass this. My dr and i both wanna avoid a d&c; if i can, she said since im so early my body should just pass it and with my last mc i did just fine. Any advice or insight would be helpful . Only cramping ive had is from gas or constipation. Thank you.
