Ectopic?

So I am probably about 5 weeks along, went to the er and I've got free fluid around my uterus, no sign of baby anywhere. HCG level is 1253.9, I must be earlier than 5 weeks or is this an ectopic?

Update: gestational sac was found in my uterus today!

Same here. Was spotting yesterday so I went down to my doctor today. Did a scan and he couldn’t find the baby. He gave me a jab and Utrogestan pills. Hopefully all will be well in 2 weeks time. 🤞🏻 God bless.

It might be too early i would ask for a follow in a week.  Your HCG is below 1500 so I’m not surprised they can’t see anything.  It’s common to have fluid after ovulation, could also be bursted cyst.  If you have pain in your right shoulder or one sided pain in your groin then go to the ER.

They didn't find anything on me, not even the sac.. just said I have some "free fluid which can be very concerning"

I just read my ultrasound from what they’re saying is 5 weeks 2 days and it says I have fluid in my endometrial cavity... I have no clue what that even means. No yolk sac or fetal pole, just a gestational sac... 🤷🏻‍♀️ doc and ultrasound analysis says it looks like normal early pregnancy to them.
