Bloating

Can someone help me, I’ve been extremely bloated recently, I feel like it’s getting worse.

Pictures are below, I’ve found that sex has been a little bit painful recently like my cervix is lower or something? It’s not drastically painful but painful nonetheless, I’ve also been getting crampy pains like period pains although I don’t normally have periods due to the pill I’m on. I took a pregnancy test this morning due to me missing a few pills nearly 2 weeks ago and it came back negative! Any help will be much appreciated
