cramping 7/8 dpo and constipation

so I hadn't 💩ed in 8 days!!! the 8 dpo I was so constipated. took miralax and stool softeners. finally 💩👍 Now the past two days having sharp pains / twinges in my left side (no longer constipated) 1. I'm wondering if constipation and cramping 7/8 dpo were early pregnancy symptoms for anyone? I've read that bc of increase in hormones that can cause constipation and then maybe the twinges are Implantation?

we have been trying for 8 months! this is our 9th cycle. I usually dont read too much into symptoms but this time its different. probably in my head
