What’s goin on?

I’m like 5 or 6 weeks pregnant. Like 4 days ago 2 blood clots came out of me. And I was bleeding and cramping for like 2 days now I just been light blood like pinkish or brown when I wipe no more cramping. What’s going on? This never happen with my 2 pregnancy.
