10wks pregnant symptoms

Hello all! I know each pregnancy is different but I’m curious how your symptoms were at 10wks? I’ve felt nauseas but never threw up & my boobs hurt like crazy. But now that I’m 10wks today I’ve realized the last couple of days that my boobs don’t hurt nearly as much, I don’t feel as bloated as I used to after meals and I’m not very nauseous & my stomach hasn’t cramped as much either. I have a dr apt next Tuesday but I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else? Thank you!
