I have really sore boobs

So this has been going on for about a week now as of two nights ago I can’t lay on my stomach because my boobs are so sensitive I am very irregular my average days are 33 cycle with the most is 45 but that hasn’t happened for a while on the calendar it says I’m currently three days late but I did take a pregnancy test last week and it came out negative I’m just scared to take it again and it gonna say negative my boobs have never felt this bad an so heavy.. what do you guys think I should do...
