Should I be worried progesterone decreased?

3w6d 233 hcg and progesterone 23.3
4w1d 499 hcg. We didnt test for progesterone
4w5d 2517 hcg and progesterone 19
Should i be concerned my progesterone decreased? Any one else have this? I miscarried my first pregnancy January 2018 and I am just so worried of another miscarriage. I asked the nurse if I need progesterone supplements and she said she would get back to me tomorrow after talking to the dr.
