Seeing bright spots?

Hi ladies.

Just sitting down, watching TV and getting periodic flashes of glittery spots in my vision for about 10 seconds the last few days. I’m 22 weeks and my BP is normally high at the beginning of my appointments but, lowers by the end so doctors haven’t been too concerned. I’m not moving suddenly or anything. Anyone have thoughts or similar experiences? I see MFM and my OB tomorrow so I’ll be asking them but, in the meantime it’s freaking me out haha.
