Bicornuate uterus

I went to the doctor on May 17 and found out that I had a uterus infection and was put on antibiotics and got my bc changed. The doctor scheduled me for a second appointment two weeks later on the 31. I went back on the 31 to get two different kinds of ultrasounds and they discovered that I have a bicornuate uterus with a septum. It definitely crushed my spirits to hear the results and realize that there isn’t much that I can do about my pain and fertility issues. Does anyone else on here have a similar situation and how have you gotten through it? 😞
