New friends?

I’m in 7th grade going on eighth and I want to switch up my friends. The some of the people I hang out with bring me down and make me feel bad about myself. I don’t know how to kinda get out of this friend group and join another. I also don’t know who else I would be friends with tho. Especially because I’m almost in eighth grade and all friend groups in my school have been getter closer for two years.😔 Please help me. And also how do I be more confident?
