Can't do a situp...π C-section help
I had a c section 9 weeks ago. today was my first day back at work and I finally had time to exercise over my lunch break at the gym in my building. I did 15 min of cardio and attempted 10 min of strength since I'm trying to ease into it slowly. well I quickly discovered I can no longer do a situp...i can barely even do crunches. How can I safely improve my ab strength post-cesarian?
