Nipple hurting 😭

I thought this was my month until my period came on. I had all the symptoms of pregnancy then AF showed up, a day early😪 (lasted 3 days)

Now a few days after it went off, my nipples are SUPER sensitive to where it hurts to shower. What can cause my nipples to hurt 😭😭
