This occasionally happens to me but im not sure what it is .. no itching and it just smells like urine... help 😭 happens after a couple hours of wearing my pantyliner during my night shifts or a long day of sweating down there .

Do you take birth control? It looks like break-through to me. Or just some spotting of some old blood. Sometimes before I start my period, I get very light brown discharge like that, and my OBGYN said it’s completely normal and that it’s just some of the older blood shedding.
