Pcos trying to conceive

Hi ladies I have PCOS and I’ve been trying to conceive for 3 years. I’m currently on just Provera the pill. Im starting to lose hope on getting pregnant. For all the moms out there with PCOS do you have any tips? Is there something I need to do? My OB/GYN just referred me to a fertility clinic but my insurance only covers it once. Before I make that big step I want to see if there’s anything I can do to get pregnant naturally. Pleaseeeeee drop your comments below I would appreciate it. I’m just upset and overwhelmed at this point.
