Cramping??

I have had two positive tests five days before my missed period. Has anyone experienced stomach cramps this early on?

I noticed cramps as soon as I conceived. I thought I was just going to start my period early, but it wasn't that. I was pregnant! I'm 7 weeks now and cramp literally every day. I'm not sure if that's normal, but other than nausea and dizziness that just started, my only other symptoms were fatigue and being super emotional
