I really like James (for boy or girl actually) But its the name of one of my ex’s. I dont want him or my hubby to think Im pining over him 😆 Old history. I just dig the name. Im still on good terms with him...
Is this a no-go?

I love the name of one of my DH exes but we would never use it. They are on good terms as well and I have zero problem with her, but still, it's too weird!

My ex’s name is Christopher and so is my husbands middle name. My son also has Christopher as a middle name but after my hubby. Even though its an ex’s name it’s not like it’s unique or unheard of both Christopher and janes are both fairly common. I know a ton of both

I wanted to name my daughter Lilah Elizabeth but my husband's exwifes name is Elizabeth and he said absolutely not lol! She went by Beth so I didn't see a problem with it but we ended up naming her Lilah Jay instead 😁
