It’s an app that ask you questions about how to feel everyday, you can write your thoughts, it keeps track of your emotions and every 14 days they send you your results of how you need to react and treat your self and they send you a letter of a doctor... I really like it and I feel like it’s helping me a lot! Plus they have and emergency hotline.
