What's in your hospital bag??

Question

I completely forgot that I need to pack a hospital bag! I literally have nothing for baby, no clothes no bed, no nothing! I'm so stupid I planned my baby shower 2 weeks before my due date and I'm feeling a bit anxious due to that! Also I have to deal with my two other little ones they keep me on my darn toes daily!!! 
anywho, what should I pack? I don't want to take unnecessary items!

Change for Vending machine
Your own blanket from home (not a comforter/duvet, that's too big.)
Eye mask/ear plugs. The machines are annoying and the room is bright.
Nipple cream
Breast pads.
Change of clothes
2 or 3 changes of clothes for baby.
Your own swaddles.

It depends on what your hospital provides and how long you’ll be staying. My hospital provides diapers and wipes for baby, as well as clothes while we’re there. For me they provide pads and disposable undies.
For baby, I pack two different coming home outfits, one for cool weather and one for hot weather. A thin receiving blanket and a thicker one. Diapers and wipes, just Incase we need them between the hospital and home
For me, towels for showering after delivery. Shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash and body cream. Hair ties and a brush. Tooth brush and paste. Contacts, case, solution, glasses and case (depending on what I’m wearing when I go into labor and head to the hospital. 1 pair elastic waste cotton shorts, 1 pair pants, 2 camis that I use for nursing, 2 t-shirts. 2 pair underwear, 2 pair socks, slip on sandals (because hospital floors are gross) I labor and deliver in the water so I pack a belly band to pull up over my boobs, depending on my comfort level at the time) I’ll also pack some snacks. I also make sure I have my essential oils packed for relaxation as well as iPad, phone and chargers for music and photos/video
I’ve never stayed at the hospital more than one night. I usually go home within 4-6 hours. When I do stay the night, it’s because I deliver at night and the lab is closed. You can’t leave until some lab tests are run on baby’s blood, therefore a one night stay is necessary. Hospital provides nursing pillows and accessories.

6. Long flowy v neck for going home
7. Dry shampoo

1. Going home outfit

I added dry shampoo this time as I never got a chance to shower, the hospital was over packed the night I went into labor so it was a bit crazy and I just stayed in my gown the whole time. I also never put clothes on my baby just left him swaddled to I could do skin to skin easier every feeding. I really regret not taking socks last time so I’m taking hospital socks this time.

You should ask the hospital what will be provided. If you don’t want to use their items here are some things you could pack: 
Comfortable panties 
Pads (heavy) 
Spandex (to hold the pads in place)
Clothes for baby
Blanket for baby
Pillow and blanket for yourself 
Body wash or soap 
Phone charger 
Gowns (for comfort) 
Comfortable out for when you leave the hospital
Shampoo and conditioner
