Y’all yesterday I ate a lot of salt/sugar so I had our roommate make me some of his tea that helps flush your system... BIG MISTAKE. I drank this tea at like 10pm.. it’s currently 4:23am and I’ve been sitting on the toilet since 3. I’ve never been in so much pain. Next time I’ll just deal with the consequences of not sticking to my clean eating 😂ðŸ˜ðŸ˜…
