Ex boyfriend

So my ex boyfriend and I have been talking everyday since we broke up three months ago. We still have sex. We dont hangout anymore and go out. Even though he makes plans with me all the time... we love having sex together. Most times when I’m with him I feel like he feels the same way I do even when he doesn’t admit it. I feel like we’re kinda meant to be... but he doesn’t want a “relationship.” Should we stop having sex? I’m afraid we’d never talk anymore or he’ll realize he doesn’t care about me.
