Nuvaring??
Hey guys! So I just started the nuvaring yesterday and all night, I was scared to move too much in my sleep or sleep a certain way because I was afraid it would come out 😭 When I woke up, it was still in place though 😊 But can you guys give me some tips, warnings, reviews or anything to help with this new experience 😂 (especially about using the bathroom with it in cause that’s something I haven’t fully did yet)
