AF or Implantation bleeding???

I’m 9 dpo. Af isn’t due for another 5 days. I did take a pregnancy test and it came back negative. What do y’all think this is, af or implantation?? I’m so cramping really bad, have sore nipples and am very fatigued. Any input would be much appreciated!

You won’t test positive until after a few days of implantation taking place because your HCG hasn’t had a chance to increase. Take another test in a few days.
