Dehydration
I FEEL SO DEHYDRATED 😓😩😔These last two days/nights has been so uncomfortable as well as having contractions that I feel down there and my anus😩I’m only 24 weeks and every time I walk, I contract. I’ve tried everything I even have them lying down. How do you know if you’re dehydrated? I’m overly fatigue, my mouth dry, i keep getting light headed, I’ve only used the bathroom twice all day ,i just feel dry😪HELP.
