So let me start off by saying that my periods are usually right on time. They usually start the projected day or the day after. They always run 4-5 days. And they start off heavy and get gradually lighter.

However, this month, I had cramping and bloating so badly in the middle of my cycle that I put pads on for two days because I thought surely I was going to start. I was nauseous and everything. I never did start.

My period came one day after the projected day. Started off a little light, but didn’t think much of it. This month, I didn’t get my usual period cramping. I cramped, but not debilitating like usual. Anyway, it got so light yesterday, it almost stopped. I had an awful migraine.

Today it came back heavy (no cramps), with these really dark clots??? What is this?

There’s a good possibility I have endometriosis, so maybe that’s it.

But my periods are usually “normal” for me, and this wasn’t, so I thought I’d ask.
