For the pass 5 days I have been terribly fatigued. I am only on day 2 of my period so pretty much all of my "PMS" stage was spent being irritable because of being tired all day. And now that my period is here I am super fatigued and cramping. On top of that I have no appetite and then once in the day I get hit with a huge craving to eat then not hungry again, this is the weirdest PMS and period cycle I have ever had.

I have never lost my appetite in this fashion.

Never had infrequent cramping before period

Never had this much fatigue before (especially before my period)
