Hey guys! So I’ve been on a weightloss journey and so far I’ve lost 64 pounds, but I’ve hit a plateau and wanted to try switching things up. I do go to the gym to workout and I walk/run multiple times a week.
I’ve always been interested in this style of eating. Any tips, websites, or apps that could help me get started and help throughout the process? What did you guys do/use? Was it hard for you to change to these eating habits? Any advice or comments will be helpful 😌
