Mucous plug?

I’m 39 weeks tomorrow. Had a sweep done. Went to the bathroom an this presented itself when I wiped. I was spotting a bit after the sweep. But all spotting stopped after this.

I’m not contracting. Or cramping. Just curious if this is part of my mucous plug or if I should call the hospital.

Edit to add: doctor told me I was already 3cm dilated but my cervix was ‘thick and soft’
